内容摘要：

This talk proposes and analyzes a robust C⁰ interior penalty method for a gradient-elastic Kirchhoff plate (GEKP) model on polygonal domains, simulating deformation at the nanoscale. The method combines triangular Hermite elements with a C⁰ interior penalty formulation. After establishing a robust regularity estimate for the model, we derive local lower bounds for a posteriori error analysis. These, along with an enriching operator and its error estimates, yield a Cea-type lemma and consequent optimal error estimates that are robust with respect to a small parameter. Notably, convergence is proved without extra regularity assumptions on the exact solution. Numerical results are included. This is a joint work with Mingqing Chen and Xuehai Huang.

主讲人介绍：

上海交通大学数学科学学院长聘教授、博士生导师。主要从事微分方程数值解、快速算法设计与分析和科学机器学习方面的教学科研工作。曾多次主持国家自然科学基金项目，作为核心成员参加国家重点研发计划和中科院先导项目。共发表学术论文超过140篇，部分在SIAM系列等科学计算顶刊发表。2006年获教育部新世纪优秀人才称号，2016年获上海市育才奖，2017年获上海教学成果奖一等奖（排名第四）。现任《Communications on Nonlinear Science and Numerical Simulation》等知名刊物编委。
