内容摘要：

In 1977, Smith characterized the connected graphs with exactly one positive eigenvalue. Hereafter, the researchers have drawn their attentions to determine the connected graph with exactly two positive eigenvalues over the last forty years. Based on the previous studies, we finally give such a complete characterization in this report. This is a joint work with F. Duan, Q.X. Huang, X.Y. Huang and Z. Stanic.

主讲人介绍：

王建锋，山东理工大学数学与统计学院教授、副院长，山东省泰山学者青年专家，山东省高等学校“青创人才引育计划”团队负责人。主要从事图谱理论、图多项式、图着色与距离参数的研究工作，在Advances in Applied Mathematics、The Electronic Journal of Combinatoric、Discrete Mathematics、Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics、Algebra Colloquium等发表论文70余篇，现主持国家基金面上项目1项，主持完成国家自然科学基金、中国博士后科学基金和山东省自然科学基金7项。提出的问题得到了美国、荷兰、韩国、印度等国际同行的跟进研究，特别是提出的关于符号5正则图的相关问题得到美国普林斯顿大学Alon教授的关注和研究。应邀在塞尔维亚第14届数学大会等会议做学术报告。现任CSIAM信息和通讯领域的数学专委会委员等。
